Below you will find Dr. Ivan Goldberg psychological test for depression. This test is designed to estimate if you have the depression symptoms and what depression type you might have.
How to use a questionnaire: To obtain a real picture of your conditions answer the questions on a weekly basis to monitor your mood. Keep a notice of any changes in your score it may be useful for your physician to determine how your depression symptoms are changing through the time. Please note, the changes from five to more points are significant.

• 54+ (High probability of severe depression)
• 36-53 (Moderate to severe depression)
• 22-35 (Mild to moderate depression)
• 18-21 (Borderline depression)
• 10-17 (Possibility of mild depression)
• 0-9 (Depression unlikely)
This psychological test for depression is above and determinate whether or not you are suffering from depression symptoms commonly associated with various depression types including major depression and bipolar disorder.
